Justice through performance art.

This will be very painful to watch,

but I want to do it for you.

If it is this painful third hand,

I can’t fathom your first hand experience.

Solidarity.

Saw this video this morning. Excellent work. Ellen Burstyn is the best. I do hope you give The Lincoln Project permission to use parts of it, and make it easily shared to all social media.

Thank you so much, E. Jean.

I went through a range of emotions in 18 minutes from horror to anger to indignation to...joyful hope.

Despite your well-informed misgivings and outright fear, you stepped up and faced that insane adult male with his "200 lawyers" and took him the fuck down.

Thank you, E. Jean.

Dear E. Jean, This brought tears to my eyes. As I type this I am still overwhelmed. I do understand your entire testimony. Been there, done that. My only grace was that my attacker was not famous and never darkened my door again. I admire your courage and to anyone that says a negative word to you, tell them from me : Fuck you! What courage you have shown me is amazing. I admire and truly believe you deserve every penny that parasite owes you.

I have gotten through my life with therapy, and yes ,I have paid someone to listen to me and that has helped me through my own trauma and build a life worth living. I am happy but it took a long time to put it all together. I did have one short and happy marriage, cancer took him. But in 5 years I had more happiness than many women have in 50.

Thank you again for telling your story. Kudos to you!

Watched and thought it was beautifully and powerfully done.

I am still feeling for you and all you've endured and not been able to enjoy in life as a result of the orange pustule. Sending love and a virtual hug (complete with a bowl of popcorn) your way. What movie do you want to watch in celebration?

P.S. When will the result of the appeal be available?

I posted the YouTube link on the LTE page in my local paper.

This is powerful stuff and the documentary was beautifully done. It represents every woman. I'm still feeling emotional hours later.

This is exactly what we need. But the inexplicable, continuing support for and failure to stop this man keeps me awake at night and now I’m starting to shut down. I just want the election to be over.

It is truly shattering to watch and hear the real testimony. I'm an 82-year-old white guy, and have regrets about the sexism and condescension with which guys my age used to approach women. Many still do. Donald T-Rump, though, added assault and gratuitous vilification to that sad mix. He deserves jail time, not just financial penalties (although that probably brings him more grief than anything human). I'm ashamed that our male culture has cost you the gratification you could have experienced for the last decades. Keep up the fight.

Dear Dean, You were born and baked in the miasma of sexism. You did not know.

But somehow you listened and learned. Be at peace with yourself. Go forth as a fierce advocate of fairness and kindness to all.
