But now, Beauteous and Calculating Reader……..we’re going to turn the Conflabbian Brain towards doing good in the world.
Two unanimous federal juries have awarded me $5,000,000 (in the first trial) and $83,000,000 (in the second.) Trump has placed $5,500,000 with the court, and is appealing the verdict of the first trial. As Judge Lewis Kaplan is rarely overturned, Trump’s chances of tossing out this jury’s decision is quite, quite, quite slim. Meanwhile, as he appeals the first trial’s decision 9% interest is compounded daily on what he will owe me.
As for the second trial’s $83,000,000 award: In order to appeal the decision, Trump must either put the entire sum of $83,000,000 with the court, or post a bond for 10% of it. Any company posting the bond would demand Trump provide collateral. Now, Sagaci…
