Trump is asking the United States Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit, to reverse a unanimous federal jury’s verdict which found him liable for sexual abuse and defamation.
On September 6th the judges will hear Trump attorneys’ arguments to reverse, and my arguments to uphold the jury’s decision.
